Cattery Booking Terms and Conditions:
1. Reservation Confirmation:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
2. Payment Details:
The remaining of the booking fee is to be paid upon drop-off.
3. Booking Modifications:
Any changes to the booking dates must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.
4. Cancellation Policy:
The initial deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the full booking fee being charged.
5. No-Shows:
Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in the full booking fee being charged.
6. Early Departures:
No refunds will be issued for early departures or shortened stays.
7. Health Requirements:
All cats must be up-to-date on vaccinations, and proof of vaccinations must be provided upon arrival.
8. Emergency Contact:
A reliable emergency contact must be provided in case we are unable to reach you during your cat's stay.
9. Special Requests:
Any special requests regarding your cat's care must be communicated in advance and are subject to our ability to accommodate.
10. Hours of Operation:
Drop-off and pick-up times must adhere to our designated operating hours.
11. Liability:
While every precaution will be taken for the well-being of your cat, Vicarage Farm is not liable for any unforeseen incidents or health issues that may arise during the stay.
12. 8:30 AM Collection Discount:
If you wish to collect at 8:30 AM (only), we offer 50% off the day of collection. This must be requested in the booking notes at the time of booking and approved by Vicarage Farm Cattery. Just selecting 8:30 AM on the booking form does not qualify—notes must be inputted. Discounts cannot be applied if not requested in advance or on the day of arrival or departure.
13. Agreement Acceptance:
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
